The $7.98 SteamVR overlay vrOS shipped playtest builds 2.1.0, 2.2.0 and 2.3.0 between October 13 and 16, swapping camera-based Steam Frame tracker alignment for a walk-based ±2 cm room lock and then patching a 10 cm drift after tracking loss, while its own docs still call the native Frame build unreleased.
