CleanSheet Soccer 2 has a Quest date: September 17, 2026. Incisiv’s goalkeeper sim — the one that shipped on PlayStation VR2 in June — is now locked on Meta’s storefront and on UploadVR’s September calendar, with a live pre-order under the full $24.99 list price.
Per UploadVR’s July 30 report and the September 2026 VR releases list, the Quest build lands on the 17th after a PS VR2-only window. Quest Store DB shows the Meta listing priced at $24.99, with a $19.99 (−20%) pre-order through launch day, Coming Sep 17 at 09:00. That is a different sticker than the $34.99 PS VR2 SKU UploadVR cited at announcement — treat the Quest number as the one on the current store mirror.
Stop the ball, not the fantasy
The pitch is inverted sports fantasy. UploadVR’s James Tocchio describes the loop as training missions, mock games, and arcade minigames where you punch, block, catch, and deflect rather than chase highlight-reel goals. He called the PS VR2 original “a focused, energetic, and surprisingly authentic goalkeeper experience that feels perfectly suited to VR.” Quest Store DB’s listing adds the feature map Incisiv is selling on Quest: motion-captured match situations (corners, free kicks, 2-on-1s, penalties), drills such as Matrix Reflex and Fast Hands, three clubs (Stanton United, Forgehill Rovers, Waveport City), and a career path with gear and stadium unlocks. Comfort is tagged Comfortable; age rating Everyone; Quest 2 / Pro / 3 / 3S with standing or room-scale play.
On PS VR2, Incisiv shipped an Interactive Coaches Update with coach dialogue and performance tracking that recommends training. Whether that pack is day-one on Quest is not stated in the July announcement or the current store copy — do not assume parity until Incisiv or Meta say so.
Where it sits on the September board
September 17 is already crowded on UploadVR’s calendar: CONVRGENCE 1.0 on Steam and Sol Protocol’s Quest Early Access share the day. CleanSheet is the pure sports-fitness outlier in that cluster — single-player, no extraction loop, no co-op bridge crew. For Quest owners who bounced off scoring fantasies, a $19.99 pre-order goalkeeping sim is the clearer mid-month test of whether “VR sports that make you sweat” still sells without a console tether.
