Bomb The Hill has a Quest date: September 10, 2026. Pokodzima Studio’s downhill skateboarding VR sim — the one that came out of Meta’s Oculus Publishing Ignition program — is now on UploadVR’s September release calendar for Meta Quest, with SteamVR still listed alongside it from the June showcase announcement.
Per UploadVR’s September 2026 VR releases list, Bomb The Hill lands on Quest on the 10th in a crowded mid-month window that also includes The Lightkeepers, Gunman Contracts, and Fresh Tracks VR. That date hardens what was still a vague “summer 2026” window on the Meta Quest Store listing and on Quest Store DB.
Ignition prototype, dual-platform pitch
At the June UploadVR Showcase, Pokodzima announced SteamVR would ship alongside the Quest build. UploadVR’s write-up put the planned price at $19.99 and traced the project to a prototype funded through Meta’s 2024 Ignition path for midcore simulation and sports titles. The Steam page (app 4787310) still reads “Coming soon,” with no public price or day stamped yet — so the firm calendar number to cite today is UploadVR’s Quest September 10 listing, not a Steam release lock.
The pitch is outlaw freeride, not Tony Hawk nostalgia. Steam’s short description and the June trailer frame the same loop: mountain roads, live traffic, hidden shortcuts, tricks, and crashes that are part of the ride. Quest Store DB’s listing adds the marketing numbers the studio is using — 70+ MPH descents, tracks framed as 10+ square miles each, aerodynamic tucks and slides developed with professional downhill riders — and tags Quest 2 / Pro / 3 / 3S with standing or sitting play. Treat those as storefront claims until hands-on reviews land.
Where it sits on the September board
September 10 is already stacked. UploadVR has Lightkeepers and Gunman Contracts on the same day; Detective VR expands to PS VR2 and Steam a day earlier. Bomb The Hill is the pure sports-sim outlier in that cluster — no co-op campaign, no extraction loop, just speed and line choice in a headset. That is also why the Ignition origin matters: Meta’s midcore sports bet is about to get a dated storefront test at $19.99 if the June pricing holds.
Wishlist pages are live on Quest and Steam. What is still missing is a Steam day, a confirmed Quest MSRP on the Meta listing, and any public word on whether the SteamVR build ships the same morning or trails. Six days out, the only hard number on the board is September 10 for Quest.
