Xreal has FINALLY filled in the numbers that its Aura store listing left blank. The company’s official Aura page now carries a FULL SPEC SHEET for the Android XR glasses and their tethered COMPUTE PUCK, a change first reported by MIXED on October 15. The DISPLAY, WEIGHT and BATTERY figures are now PUBLIC. Battery RUNTIME, PUCK WEIGHT and a firm SHIP DATE are STILL missing.

The Display Numbers Xreal Had Not Published
According to Xreal, the glasses use SONY micro-OLED panels at 1920 × 1200 pixels per eye, refresh at up to 120Hz and reach a MAXIMUM of 1,050 NITS. Xreal also lists 32 PIXELS PER DEGREE, “100% sRGB” color with “ΔE<3, individually factory calibrated,” and 3ms MOTION-TO-PHOTON latency from the X1S spatial coprocessor in the frame. The field of view is UNCHANGED at 70 degrees of optical see-through.
The pixel density figure is CONSISTENT with the other specs. A 70-degree DIAGONAL on a 16:10 panel works out to roughly 59 degrees horizontally, and 1,920 pixels across that span is about 32 pixels per degree. That is OUR arithmetic, NOT an Xreal statement, and it assumes the 70 degrees is measured diagonally.
Xreal now puts the GLASSES at 95 GRAMS. Its pricing press release and its June 16 launch announcement both described the frames as “less than 95 grams,” so the new figure sits at the CEILING of that earlier claim rather than BELOW it.
A 34.84Wh Puck With No Runtime Rating
The puck runs Android XR on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Reality Elite platform, which Xreal rates at 48 TOPS of AI processing, with 12GB of memory and 256GB of storage or 16GB and 512GB, plus UFS 4.0 support. The BATTERY is listed as 4,455mAh and 34.84Wh. Dividing those two figures gives a nominal voltage of about 7.8V, which would FIT a two-cell pack. Xreal does NOT state the cell configuration, so the Wh figure is the one to use for COMPARISONS.
MIXED notes that the puck alone holds more energy than the 20.9Wh battery in Valve’s Steam Frame headset. What the page does NOT say is how LONG that energy LASTS. There is NO hours rating for video, Android XR apps or DisplayPort input, and NO weight for the puck itself. For a product that splits its MASS between face and pocket, the puck weight MATTERS as much as the 95-gram headline.

Ports, Sensors and a Payment Button
The puck has TWO USB-C ports. The first drives the glasses at up to 5V and 2A at USB 3.1 speeds and carries “Full ADB Support,” the Android DEBUGGING channel DEVELOPERS rely on. The second handles CHARGING at 5–19V and up to 3A, “57W Max,” with QC3.0 and PD3.0 PPS, and ACCEPTS DisplayPort Alt Mode input from a PC, laptop or handheld. Wireless is Wi-Fi 6/6E and Bluetooth 5.3, with GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and BeiDou for location.
On the glasses, Xreal lists two world-facing TRACKING cameras for 6DoF anchoring and hand tracking, a high-resolution camera with a PRIVACY LED, “Sound by Bose” EQ tuning, a four-microphone array and electrochromic dimming with FIVE transparency levels that block “up to 99.9% of external light.” TWO frame sizes cover IPDs of 60–66mm (M) and 66–72mm (L). The puck’s FINGERPRINT button handles power, lock and unlock, biometric sign-in for supported apps and authorization of PURCHASES and payments.

The Page Still Contradicts Itself on Price
The same page shows the two configurations at $1,279 and $1,499, matching the pricing Metaverse Watcher reported on October 7. Yet its FAQ, checked on October 15, STILL says the base model’s final price “will not exceed US$1,500” and that “final pricing and configurations will be announced closer to launch.” That text PREDATES the pricing and should be UPDATED. Launch remains “EXPECTED” in fall 2026 in the US, Canada, Japan and South Korea, with NO DATE. The box includes an optical insert frame for prescription lenses, three pairs of nose pads and, on the 16GB model only, a lanyard.
For reservation holders, the timing is TIGHT. As we reported on October 14, FOUNDER PASS deadlines fall on October 17 and October 31. Buyers can now JUDGE the display and the weight. They STILL cannot judge how long Aura RUNS on a charge, and that is the NUMBER Xreal should PUBLISH next.
