The independent SUPERNATURAL now has a release FORMAT, if not a DATE. According to UploadVR’s October 16 report, Supernatural Health says the REBUILT VR fitness app will OPEN “soon” in EARLY ACCESS on the Quest store, open to EVERYONE, with “thousands of workouts from day one.” The BIGGER news for LONG-TIME members is a PROMISE the studio would not make in SEPTEMBER: your HISTORY comes with you.
What Early Access Includes
Per UploadVR, the studio of about 15 PEOPLE says Early Access will carry the existing favorites, REMASTERED, with brand-new workouts dropping EVERY WEEK. New ENVIRONMENTS ship at the start, and new “higher-definition” environments are planned for LATER. The announcement also lists points, STREAKS, favorites and BADGES as part of the history members can bring over.
That is a clear SHIFT. When we covered the wishlist listing in September, Head of Fitness Leanne Pedante had told UploadVR that history MIGRATION was something the team was “working on,” with no COMMITMENT. Readers who held off on screenshots of their stats now have a FIRMER answer.
The FAQ Puts Streaks on a Later Clock
The FINE PRINT matters. Supernatural Health’s own FAQ says POINTS and your START DATE come across when you import your data, while STREAKS and Favorites (My List) “follow later this year.” So a member opening Early Access on day one should EXPECT points first and streaks after, not a FULL one-step TRANSFER. The same FAQ says the team is bringing over as much of the original library “as licensing allows,” which means not EVERY legacy workout is GUARANTEED to return.
Accounts also START fresh. The FAQ says everyone needs a NEW ACCOUNT at WeAreSupernatural.com, old Meta profiles do NOT carry over, and shared household subscriptions are not CONFIRMED for launch. At the start, the service is LIMITED to the UNITED STATES and CANADA, and Quest 2 support lasts “for as long as Meta continues to” support the headset.
A Bat, and a Deadline
Supernatural is adding its first COLLECTIBLES. Founding Members get a custom FOUNDING MEMBER BAT from day one, with more rewards “dropping regularly over the coming weeks,” according to UploadVR. The original app gave every member the same bat and boxing glove, so this is the FIRST real step toward cosmetic CUSTOMIZATION.
It also sets a CUTOFF. UploadVR reports that Founding memberships will no longer be available once Early Access LAUNCHES. Registering before then LOCKS the $180 first-year rate and the collectibles. The FAQ says sign-up takes NO payment and NO card. After the first year, pricing is $20 a MONTH or $200 a YEAR, the pre-Meta rate the studio restored in June.

The Roadmap Is Still a List
The studio says it is working on music LICENSING deals, a new MULTIPLAYER workout mode, and a MOBILE APP to “track your progress and heart rate, and stay connected on the go.” NONE of those has a date, and UploadVR’s report does NOT tie any of them to the Early Access launch.
The outer DEADLINES have not MOVED. UploadVR has reported that Meta’s LEGACY EDITION stays available through DECEMBER 3, 2026, and the FAQ says Meta will issue a PRORATED REFUND around that date for annual plans that run past it. The Metaverse Watcher Take
Early Access is the HONEST label for a 15-person team rebuilding a service that once had nearly 200 STAFF. It gives members a WORKING app before the Legacy shutdown and gives the studio room to ship WEEKLY. The open questions are the ones that decide RETENTION: the EXACT Early Access date, when streaks ACTUALLY land, and how much of the licensed music library survives. Until Supernatural Health answers those, the SAFEST move for current members is the FREE Founding registration and a SCREENSHOT of their stats.
