Schneider Electric’s $22.6 Billion PTC Deal Names CAD and PLM, but Never Mentions Vuforia, PTC’s AR Suite
Schneider Electric will pay $205 a share in cash for PTC, owner of the Vuforia enterprise AR suite. The joint release never mentions Vuforia or augmented reality, and the deal is not expected to close until Q3 2027.
