Two Point Hospital Mixed Reality Edition is a VR reimagining of Two Point Studios’ comedic hospital management sim, announced for Meta VR Glasses, Quest 3, and Quest 3S. Per UploadVR’s James Tocchio (Sep 23), the title arrives in SPRING 2027 alongside Meta’s glasses-form headset.

Players still BUILD and MANAGE a hospital packed with silly, suffering patients, chase EFFICIENCY (and profit), and cure STRANGE DISEASES. UploadVR frames the pitch as the series’ FIRST VR RELEASE — not a simple port, but a MIXED REALITY edition tuned to the new hardware.

Eyes and Hands as Interface
The KEY DIFFERENCE is input. UploadVR says the game leans on Meta VR Glasses’ eye-tracking and HAND-TRACKING for an INTUITIVE, seamless interface — the kind of controller-light design Meta is pushing for day-one glasses titles. Quest 3 and 3S get the same mixed-reality edition, so the hospital sim is not locked to the $1,299 glasses alone.

The Flat-Screen DNA
The original Two Point Hospital launched in 2018 as a DETAILED management game wrapped in absurd humor: nurses and doctors need training, facilities need EXPANSION, and patients arrive with increasingly BIZARRE ailments. UploadVR expects that same sensibility — jokes plus SYSTEMS DEPTH — to carry into VR.

That 2018 foundation matters for spring 2027 expectations. A hospital sim lives or dies on UI clarity; shipping with hand tracking and eye tracking as the DEFAULT PATH is a BET that Meta’s glasses stack can replace menus-and-mice muscle memory without losing the comedy timing.

Where It Fits the Connect Wave
The announcement landed in the same Connect wave as other hand-tracked Meta VR Glasses games. UploadVR’s games roundup (Sep 23) groups Two Point Hospital Mixed Reality Edition with that SPRING 2027 cohort. No price, no demo window, and no early-access path were listed in the coverage we checked — only the PLATFORM TRIO and the TARGET SEASON.
