Rokid used IFA Berlin today to push past hardware demos. In a September 9 PR Newswire release, the company opened AIUI Studio globally — a browser-based IDE for building and publishing spatial AI agents on Rokid AI Glasses. The pitch is blunt: dictate an idea in plain language, simulate it without owning hardware, then ship it to the Rokid Agent Store.

What AIUI Studio actually is
Per the release and Rokid’s Open Platform docs, AIUI Studio is an online IDE that packages the AIUI Skills Library, AIUI Code assistance, a built-in runtime, and one-click publish. Creators can work from design through real-time debugging without installing a local toolchain or waiting on a physical pair. The company says the stack is tuned to cut latency, memory use, and power draw on the glasses themselves — the usual wearables tax when every agent wants camera, mic, and display time.
Ben Liu, Rokid’s Head of Global Communications and Brand, framed the launch as ecosystem policy, not a feature list: “An open AI ecosystem should give people more than access to models and applications. It should also give them the ability to create around their own ideas and needs.” The no-code claim will live or die on whether generated agents survive real-world latency and permission reviews; the Studio’s publish path still runs through store audit.
35,000 developers, 500+ agents
Rokid says its global developer community has grown past 35,000 registered developers, with more than 500 agents already live in the Rokid Agent Store. That is the context for opening Studio worldwide at IFA rather than keeping it China-first. The company also pointed to accessibility demos on the show floor: IFA organizers invited Rokid to host tours for visually impaired visitors — four groups, more than 60 people — using object and environment recognition on the glasses.

IFA hardware noise, Europe retail reality
The same release stacks show trophies — Wareable Top Pick, Netzwelt Innovation Award, PC Pro Best of IFA — next to a quieter distribution update. Rokid launched a dedicated UK storefront at gb.rokid.com and listed retail touchpoints at Krys in Paris, Selfridges Tech Bar in the UK, and Coolblue across Germany and the Benelux. In a glasses market crowded with IFA hands-ons this week, the Studio launch is the piece that changes the software funnel: more agents without more SKUs.
AIUI Studio is live globally now at aiui.rokid.com. Whether “describe it and ship it” fills the Agent Store with durable tools — or with one-shot demos — is the metric that matters after the hall lights go down.
