Five VR Titles Land Tomorrow. September 10 Stacks Quest and Steam.

Thursday, September 10 is one of the densest VR release days of the month. UploadVR’s September calendar stacks five dated launches across Meta Quest and SteamVR — co-op horror, downhill skating, a Transformers rail shooter, an Alyx-mod spin-off, and rhythm skiing. Here is the board, with prices and platforms only where the stores and press have locked them.

UploadVR’s running September 2026 release list is the spine for this slate. Individual titles have already been previewed elsewhere; this is the day-before checklist for what actually unlocks on the 10th.

Quest: three dated drops

Foggy lighthouse atmosphere for The Lightkeepers

The Lightkeepers — Meta Quest 3 / Quest 3S, $19.99. Spectral Games (Medieval Dynasty: New Settlement) and publisher Squido Studio locked the date at the summer VR Games Showcase. Daytime boat runs to misted islands for gear and puzzles; nights are Lovecraftian tower defense around a 1920s lighthouse. Co-op is the design intent. Quest 2 is out — Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 only. Wishlist: Meta Quest Store (search The Lightkeepers). Coverage: UploadVR.

Bomb The Hill — Meta Quest (Quest 2/Pro/3/3S per Quest Store DB), planned $19.99. Pokodzima Studio’s cinematic downhill skateboarder, born from Meta’s Oculus Publishing Ignition program, is dated September 10 at 17:00 on Quest Store trackers. UploadVR’s June Showcase piece also announced a SteamVR build “alongside” Quest for summer; the September calendar currently lists Quest for the 10th, so treat PC as separately confirmed when Steam unlocks. Transformers: Beyond Reality Redux — Meta Quest 2 / 3 / 3S. META4 Interactive’s retro arcade rail shooter, previously on PlayStation VR and PS VR2, slips from the early-September Showcase window to September 10 after UploadVR’s September 3 calendar update. “New features” for the Quest build remain unspecified in that reporting. SteamVR: two more

Gunman Contracts — Stand Alone — Steam, September 10, 2026 (Steam coming_soon flag still set as of this writing). Action-movie hitman FPS playable in VR and flatscreen, evolved from the popular Alyx mod. Steam has not published a final price in the store API yet. Store: Steam app 2421750. Context: UploadVR.

Fresh Tracks VR — Steam, September 10, 2026. The August 2025 flatscreen rhythm-roguelite returns as a headset-only ski run through obstacles and enemies in Norwyn. Steam lists it as coming soon for the 10th; price was not attached in the store API at press time. Store: Steam app 4200240. Context: UploadVR.

Why the pile-up matters

September already carries Steam Frame signaling, Snap’s SPECS event on the 16th, and Meta Connect on the 23rd–24th. Tomorrow is not a hardware day. It is a content stress test: three Quest-facing midcore bets and two SteamVR unlocks landing on the same calendar square. If you only pick one Quest title, Lightkeepers is the co-op horror slot and Bomb the Hill is the solo adrenaline slot. On PC, Gunman is the shooter; Fresh Tracks is the rhythm ski. Everything else on this page can wait for reviews.
