Meta Horizon+’s September 2026 monthly drop is live: subscribers can claim Warplanes: Air Corp and Prison Boss VR into their Quest libraries for as long as the subscription stays active. UploadVR reported the lineup on September 1; Meta’s own Horizon+ blog frames the same two titles as the month’s claimable pair, with seven more games joining the rotating catalogs.
Horizon+ still works the way Meta designed it: a large rotating Games Catalog plus Indie Catalog you can play while subscribed, and two curated monthly titles you must claim before the month ends. Miss the claim window and those two do not roll over. Pricing on Meta’s current Horizon+ page is $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a starter edition of Xbox Game Pass bundled in supported regions.
Warplanes: Air Corp
According to UploadVR and Meta’s September post, Warplanes: Air Corp is the third entry in the Warplanes series after WW1 Fighters and Battles Over Pacific. This one moves the setting into modern aerial combat: jets, helicopters, drones, ground convoys, tanks, and military bases. Meta describes a single-player campaign plus online co-op and player-versus-player modes. It is the loud, stick-and-throttle half of September’s claim pair.
Prison Boss VR
Prison Boss VR is the quieter half — a light job-sim that drops you in a cell and asks you to build a contraband business instead of digging a tunnel. Craft goods at night, sell to inmates by day, take jobs to build reputation, and keep the guards from finding your stash. UploadVR’s original PC VR review called it a breath of fresh air with a whimsical tone; the Quest build is what Horizon+ is handing out this month.
Seven more for the rotating catalogs
Separately from the monthly claim, UploadVR lists seven titles Meta added to the Horizon+ Games / Indie catalogs for September:

Open the Meta Horizon Store in-headset or the Meta Horizon mobile app, find the Horizon+ monthly games section, and redeem Warplanes: Air Corp and Prison Boss VR before September 30.
